(Link) An unusual one for us, this wrestling ring canvas was made in two colours of cotton duck canvas, shaped for the corner posts, to the requirements of the FWA Academy, Portsmouth, UK.
(Link) A set of clip-on screens to protect a mobile catering operation from the weather, built from matt vinyl in the customer's corporate colours and able to accept stick-on logos.
Our customer entrusted us with building this tonneau cover for the bed of his superbly restored 1951 Ford Pickup.  It's made in navy blue Solacryl fabric, with fibreglass bows to prevent ponding.
A customer in the Lake District asked us to build a yurt at long distance, working from sketches and dimensions provided.  We incorporated a few of our own ideas, and this is the result.

A garden sun awning, made to our customer's design and resembling a sail, in beige acrylic with specially reinforced edges to withstand tension.
An unusual type of garden swing seat for which we built a fitted cover from bottle green acrylic.
A domed cover to a steel framed structure for a carwash operation, built in fire-retardent pvc fabric with one translucent side for better lighting. Not the best of photos, but a challenging project.
Our customer needed a rugged cover for a statue. Working from dimensions and photographs which he supplied, we devised this conical-shaped cover and built it from our heavy 18oz sand coloured military canvas for both abrasion resistance and breathing qualities.
A set of four sheets in green poly/cotton canvas which lace together to form the sides for a straw store.  The sides can be lifted up for access & ventilation.
Some of our customers are collectors...and some collect unusual things. This is a Rolls Royce Viper jet engine, mounted on a trailer so it can be started & demonstrated. We made a close fitting, zipped cover in matt black vinyl to protect it during transport & storage.
Rain Screens for a log store. These can be made to any size and have a glassfibre batten sewn into the bottom edge for ease of rolling up. In this material, Fibretex, they are quite economical to build.

New acrylic canvas sides for the folding top on a classic VW Camper. We have a pattern for this design, and so can reproduce it readily.

A cover for a business trailer where wide loading access was required on either side. The material is light grey pvc.
We were engaged to design and build sets of Weather Screens for a number of vending carts, to be deployed at football grounds all over the country. The screens roll up when the cart is in use, and zip together when in the down position. The material was fire-retardent pvc.
Two views of a new canopy we built for a Mobility Buggy, using marine quality materials - TopGun for the blue sections, and marine window vinyl which allowed us to form larger & clearer transparent areas than the original.

A tailored deck cover for a classic Delta sportsboat, built in black TopGun fabric and fitted with a tension belt below the gunwale for securing, enabling the cover to be used either afloat or on the trailer.

A full winter cover in blue cotton duck for a 36' motor cruiser.  Built in 3 sections for ease of use, this tailored cover has transparent panels fitted over some windows, and roll-back flaps over the wheelhouse doors for access.
A fully tailored cover for a Mariah 22 sports cruiser, secured by a tension belt below the gunwale so that it can be used both afloat and when on the trailer.  Colour retention was important, hence the choice of the coated acrylic fabric in bright red. Access to mooring cleats was through reinforced slots in the cover sides.

Cockpit canopy for a Fairline Mirage motor cruiser, built in stone colour acrylic canvas.
A bow cuddy in royal blue Solacryl for a 16' fishing boat, extending aft over the thwart to give shelter while fishing.  The stainless steel frame was carefully shaped so as to match accurately the curve of the cockpit and fold down neatly on deck.

At last, a photo of a canopy in a colour other than blue! This one was built in bottle green acrylic for a Seamaster 27 motor cruiser.

The Princess cruiser project continued with a further, matching, cover, to enclose the after section of the flybridge.

An unusual canopy for a steel motor cruiser which had never previously had one fitted. We designed and built the frame, then the canopy which had to fit over the existing guardrails etc.
One of our main powerboat racing competitors asked us to build him a cover.  He did say he wanted it 'Bright Red'...
Covers for a traditional Norfolk Broads sailing cruiser, in beige acrylic. The set is in 3 parts, the midships section made so that it can be used as an overnight cover, to which the fore & aft sections are added when the boat is not in use.

Two out of three - tailored covers in green poly/cotton canvas for use when afloat or ashore. Weight bags keep the covers in place when it's not possible to use ties under the boat. A third cover with zipped access fits over the wheelhouse.

Fishing dory cover in bottle green acrylic, intended for both storage and road use.  We took advantage of the hull shape and fitted a tension band in the hem, tightened using quick-release buckles at either side close to the stern.
A further commission from an established customer resulted in our replacing his cockpit canopy. Our brief was to keep it as simple as possible and to make it 'light and airy'. He was very pleased with the result.

This all-over cover for a classic Norfolk Broads sailing cruiser was built in 3 parts, the mid-section can be used independently as an overnight boom tent. The fabric is beige acrylic.

The owner of this Mayland 20 motor cruiser needed more headroom under the canopy, so we made new stainless steel canopy frames with bowed tops before building his new canopy to suit.
(Link) Vinyl cover for a framed transporter trailer used by a Formula 1 Powerboat Racing team. The entire top section was built from translucent vinyl to allow light into the trailer, this proved very effective.

As can be seen from this series of photos, not only does the canopy have the usual zipped rollaway door, but the port corner panel zips out completely to give access when boarding from the side.
Boom tent for a Waarschip Quarter Tonner, incorporating windows plus an eyeletted pull-out flap to increase space at shoulder height in the cockpit. Built in pvc for ease of cleaning, as seagulls frequent the waters where the boat is moored. The owner commented ... The cover has been a huge success.
Cover for a 13' fishing dinghy, in TopGun fabric for ease of cleaning beneath trees. Fastenings were fitted facing upwards, as the boat had to be accessed largely from above.

Examples of the original-style cotton webbings we endeavour to supply.  These are khaki, sand and olive drab, 1-1/4'' width, and British pattern brass buckles and tips.  1'' width is also available in olive drab, plus British pattern hardware.

This 1964 Commer Q4 4x4 truck is used to take shooting parties around a large farm.  The customer sought a military-style canvas in keeping with the truck, but with windows in modern material and roll-down protective flaps for use when brushing against bushes.
